潘宏博 副教授 |
潘宏博,男,1984年2月生,江苏徐州人,博士,水生生物系副教授、硕士生导师。2011年6月获中国海洋大学水生生物学理学博士;2007-2008年在德国基尔IFM-GEOMAR研究所访学;2017-2018年在德国凯撒斯劳滕工业大学生态系访学。现为中国动物学会原生动物学分会理事、国际原生生物学会和中国生态学会会员。曾为SCI期刊《Frontiers in Marine Science》客座编辑,为多个系统进化和原生生物学领域SCI期刊审稿。
教学工作情况
主讲《水生生物学》、《水生生物学实验》等本科课程和《原生生物学》研究生课程。
主要研究方向
(1) 纤毛虫原生动物的分类学
据估计纤毛虫为代表的原生动物当前被清楚描记的仅占现存种类30%,大量种类处于待发现、待补足的状况。综合运用传统形态观察、银染技术、电子显微技术和分子生物学和生物信息学手段,重点对长江口地区各类纤毛虫等原生动物的分类学和系统学进行研究,廓清各种类等内涵和外延,清理分类学错误,阐释关键类群的进化关系,建立相关的条形码基因库。
(2) 微型生物生态学
微型生物(细菌、真菌、原生生物)是生态系统的基石,在食物网物质循环和能量流动中具有重要作用,它们同时是环境优良指示生物。运用QPS和环境DNA等技术研究河口和养殖环境物种多样性分布格局、群落构建机制和微食环内部互作机制等科学问题;并利用原生动物开展水环境监测。
