李文豪 |
基本情况
李文豪,男,1989年6月生,籍贯河南开封,博士,水产种质与育种系讲师,上海市教委“水产种质资源挖掘和良种创制战略创新团队”成员。2017年7月-2019年8月于js6668金沙登录入口水产养殖学博士后流动站进行博士后研究。2019年入职js6668金沙登录入口。主要承担《水产生物统计学》、《分子生物学》、《基因工程》等课程的教学工作。主持上海市,国家实验室开放基金等各类科研项目。先后获得海洋科学技术奖一等奖(极地鱼类适应性进化机制研究)、js6668金沙登录入口科技成果奖(自然科学类)三等奖(斑马鱼细胞低温适应的表观遗传调控机制研究)。2021年入选江苏省双创团队。发表论文20余篇, 主要论文以第一/通讯作者(含共同)发表在BMC biology (2), GigaScience, The FEBS Journal, Frontiers in Cell and Developmental Biology, Frontiers in Marine Science, Molecular Biomedicine, Aquaculture and Fisheries等杂志上。Frontiers in Ecology and Evolution等国内外期刊审稿人。

主要研究内容
利用南极及深渊生物资源,解析水生动物适应逆境的分子机制。通过解析南极鱼亚目鱼类的全基因组数据,利用比较基因组学, 群体遗传学的方法,构建鱼类耐受低温的调控网络,发掘在鱼类中提高低温耐受能力的重要基因,并通过分子操作验证其耐低温能力。从演化生物学的角度出发,为经济鱼类的耐低温育种、生长性状育种提供分子靶标。
